Q: After I Connect My iPhone to Computer, Why It Still Says 'No Device Connected'?
A: Please make sure you’ve installed the latest iTunes on computer and tapped on “Trust from this computer” on your iOS device. Then reopen Jihosoft iPhone Recovery and connect your iPhone to PC to try again.

Q: Will The Program Recognize My iPhone Even It Is Disabled?
A: We are sorry that Jihosoft iPhone Recovery cannot identify your disabled device unless you’ve synced your device with iTunes before.

Q: Can I Get My Locked iPhone Connected To The Program Without Passcode?
A: Please do not restart your iPhone. Within 48 hours since it got locked, try to get it connected to the computer that you’ve synced before, then run the iTunes and the iPhone Recovery. More details: How to Unlock Locked iPhone or iPad

Q: I Can’t Agree To “Trust From This Computer” Because Of The Broken Screen screen. What Can I Do?
A: If one small area of the screen still works, please try this: Hold Home key and ask Siri to turn on VoiceOver; Swipe right/left untill the “Trust” button is selected and double-tap it. Q: Why My iPhone Can’t Connect To The Program After Restart?
A: It requires you to agree to “Trust from this computer” after restarting your iOS device. Therefore, please tap the “Trust” button on your device again. And ensure you’ve installed the latest iTunes on your computer.

Q: Why I Can Only See The Existing Files But Not The Deleted Data I Want?
A: Please turn on the Airplane mode and stop using the device after your data got deleted or lost. Any newly-generated or received data might overwrite the deleted data. You can also choose to recover the data from iTunes or iCloud backup.

Q: Can I Recover My iMessages?
A: Yes, you can recover both SMS messages and iMessages when you select the “Messages” item before recovery. More details: How to Recover Deleted iMessages from iPhone/iPad

Q: I Forgot My iTunes Backup Password. What Can I Do?
A: You can try to use this method to find back your iPhone backup password, or you can turn off iTunes backup encryption first. Just uncheck the “Encrypted iPhone backup” box in iTunes and enter the password. Then run our program to try again.

Q: The Retrieved Messages Are Not In The Correct Timeline. Why?
A: The time frame might be overwritten by the recently received messages. Therefore, the recovered messages are out of order in timeline.

Q: The Program Stopped Working And Closed Itself During Scanning/Recovery. Any Proposal For The Solution?

Q: Can I Restore Messages Back To My iPhone?
