Step by Step to Convert SWF to 3GP on Mac OS X
Step one: Install and run Jihosoft SWF Converter for Mac on your computer.

Step two: Import Flash SWF file into the program.
Click the “Source” icon and search for the SWF file to input from the file selection window. Select the file and click right-bottom “Open” button to import the file to the program.
Step three: Select output profile format.
Click “Codec” drop-down menu. Go to “Common Video” and select “3GP (*.3gp)” as the output profile format.
Step four: Convert SWF to 3GP.
Click the “Capture” button to begin flash file recording. In the recording screen, hit “Start>-Begin Record” to start the flash conversion, click “End Record” to finish the conversion. The program will display the output file directory of the 3GP file.
